Yes, but only in the East Beach area (easternmost sandy beach portion) and only if your dog is under strict voice control with visual supervision. The Wildlife Protection Area (western portion) requires leashes from July 1 through May 15 to protect overwintering Western Snowy Plovers. Dogs must be on-leash on the promenade, in parking lots, and on the Mason Street multi-path year-round.
