Yes, with restrictions. Rancho San Antonio County Park and Open Space Preserve (MROSD) allows leashed dogs on most trails. Some dirt trail sections allow off-leash under voice control per MROSD rules. Dogs are NOT allowed in the Deer Hollow Farm area. The paved multi-use path from the parking lot requires leashes.
