Small scenic beach nestled in a cove at the base of the Marin Headlands. Muir Beach is a GGNRA voice-control area: on the beach itself a dog may be on-leash or under voice control. Dogs must be leashed on Kaashi Way and the Coastal Trail. Quieter alternative to more popular beaches, and the overlook trail offers stunning views.
