Yes, on most trails. Redwood Regional Park (EBRPD) allows dogs off-leash under voice control on the East Ridge Trail, West Ridge Trail, and French Trail. The Stream Trail requires leashes year-round because it borders Redwood Creek, which is coho salmon spawning habitat. The Serpentine Prairie area also requires leashes.
