Yes. Wildcat Canyon Regional Park (EBRPD) allows dogs off-leash under voice control in undeveloped open space areas — most of the park's 2,428 acres. Leashes are required in parking areas and on Nimitz Way. The park's extensive trail network through grasslands and creek canyon is excellent for off-leash exploration.
